Hey everyone,
I'm writing this to let you know that tomorrow will be my last shift working as a CM here on the forums.
It's a bittersweet moment, especially since I've been playing this beautiful game of ours for nigh on 17 years. The kid in me always dreamed of somehow working for Jagex one day, but the adult never thought it possible. And even so, here I am a little over a year later, soon to be signing off for the last time.
I'll be forever grateful to the incredible FMod team, all of whom have given me tons of knowledge, experience, and good laughs. You were patient with me through thick and thin, as I learned how to navigate the community in this newfound role, and are all endlessly caring, helpful, and downright good people. Thank you, all of you, for the work you've done for so many years and continue with to this day.
This isn't really the end, though. That little kid who fell in love with this game almost 2 decades ago (wow does that ever make me feel old) isn't going anywhere, and neither am I, not really. CM Arbor may be exiting, but I'll still be sticking around the game and interacting with this devoted, passionate community whenever I log in on my main account. Who knows? We might even run into each other in the Nex lobby (I'm still obsessed with getting that log title), or while I'm staring into space at the gorgeous spot next to the Body Altar, or while I run around every spot in Gielinor looking for those pesky clue dig spots. I love this community with all my heart, and I'll always be there for you guys, even if my voice on these forums won't be as pronounced, even though I have to be completely anonymous in-game, and even when I take a break for a while, only to eventually, one day come back to it.
Thank you all for making my time here so special. Voices in this community are so intensely passionate, and I'll love this game and its community always. For now, though, this is CM Arbor, signing off.
