As for Discord links leading to Adult Content you can report direct to Discord and they will deal with your report. We have no powers to remove or deal with Discord content posted within Discord. Comprehensive Account Security

Again if you have issues with a Discord channel it can be reported to Discord. According to their Rules any Adult Content or NSFW content must be Age Restricted. If It's NOT then it can be reported. Anyone using said Discord channels must be 18+ as per Discord Rules.
Without trying out said Discord link I and other F-Mods have no way to say what content they are hosting. I also doubt very much any F-Mod will put their account at risk finding out. Thats above our pay grade.
That is why this is up for discussion with the Forum Moderator team and then passed along to Jagex to get their opinion. This is why it's taking a while.
We can't rush these things. They take time. We have your comments noted and are discussing options.

Forum Code of Conduct
was revised in 2017 to be less restrictive. One of the changes at that time was the allowing of "safe" links to be posted, which includes links to Discord servers and clan off-sites.
The presence of a link to a Discord server or a clan's offsite, is not automatically an indication of something dodgy or unsafe. You included a Discord link in your own clan's recruitment thread.
If you have evidence that a link posted on the forums leads to unsafe content, then you should report that to Jagex via email to . Be sure to include the QFC and post # where the link is found, along with your evidence.
Forum Moderators only moderate based on what is actually posted on the Forums. As volunteers, as Tuffty mentions above, we are not expected to put their own computers or accounts at risk to check out suspected unsafe links or to join suspicious Discord servers.
As far as your initial report to Forum Help about a clan requirement, that clan has since removed the requirement from their thread, and that thread is now in compliance with the Code of Conduct and the current Forum Specific Rules .
