@ SlR - There is no way on the Forums to verify if a poster is a P Mod or not, and therefore P Mod status is not a consideration when moderating on the Forums.

Do keep in mind, that accepting Jagex's invitation to become a P Mod, does not mean that one has to change or lose their individual personality. Disliking a poster's personality or posting style, does not necessarily make their posting "unmodly".

If you are truly concerned that the non-game behavior of a player, that you know to be a P Mod, crosses the line into "unmodly", whether that be on the Forums, or other platforms such as Twitter, Twitch, redditt, Discord, etc., you might be able to advise Jagex of the situation using the
