The thread in question was locked after consultation, but we have reviewed it again. The consenus again is that Mod Stevew's lock message from another thread is appropriate for the thread in question. There are a few reasons for this.
First, both threads focus on the same issue and essentially say "stop forcing this issue on us". Second, the recent thread locked indicated extremist views that Stevew had mentioned there being a risk in the other thread.
Third, the premise of both threads advocates against Jagex's "desire to make the communities inclusive and welcoming, that alone is red flag".
These three common aspects are what makes Mod Stevew's lock post appropriate for both threads. These common aspects also are why both threads were locked and, after two reviews, will remain locked.
