@ Jazz601 - I suspect that you are logging into Old School RuneScape, rather than into RuneScape.
Your Your RuneMetrics page shows that you do have levels in RuneScape.

RuneScape is the continuation of the game that started 20+ years ago, referred to as RuneScape Classic, through the update into RuneScape 2, and the current RuneScape which is often referred to as RS3.

While Old School RuneScape is based on a backup of the game files from 2007, it is a separate game that was released in 2013. Everyone starts from scratch in that version.
