Regarding the post you reported: There is nothing in that post that is reportable to anyone. The off topic portion is a vague, nonsensical rant and is best ignored, as Tren already mentioned to you. You are reading things into it that are not actually there.

Additionally, please keep in mind what Kathy advised you on page 458 of this thread: please refrain from editorial comments when posting on this thread and simply list what rule is being broken such as flaming, spam etc.

@ Ms Dilly - This thread is for getting assistance with Forum related issues, not in game issues.

However, to quickly answer your questions, in order to withdraw in notes, you need to make sure that you are on your inventory/backpack tab of the bank interface and not your worn equipment tab.
