^^ Thank you for your observations. The Forums do not have the ability to "block" users, so you'll need to make your own mental "ignore list". If you don't get along with particular forum users, then ignore them. If you think they are baiting or trolling, then don't take the bait; ignore their posts. If you think their lack of position in the hiscores for certain activities makes their opinion worthless for certain topics, then ignore them.
"Ignoring" means not responding to their posts. It does not mean posting to say " I'm ignoring you because....." , either directly or "indirect and academically vague", as that becomes flaming which is not allowed.
If you come across posts that are breaking the
Forum Rules
, you may use this thread to report them, following the instructions in the opening post.

This thread is not to be used as personal rants forum once again, ask yourself this: Has a Forum Rule been broken, or has it just simply annoyed you?
