@ Tenebri - The rule against duplicate threads is primarily concerned with a single user posting multiple threads on the same topic, either in the same forum or across different forums (aka spamming).

In the rare cases where there are so many threads on a single topic, that they begin to take over a forum, then we usually select one to be a sticky and request that the sticky be used instead of multiple threads. Two threads on the same topic are not going to overwhelm that forum.

There is no need to report another player's report on this thread, all reports are seen, read, and dealt with according to the guidelines the F Mods have been given by Jagex. This also means that you should not be telling the F Mod team what action you feel should be taken, as any actions taken will be in accordance with the guidelines, not other players' suggestions.
