@ Dilbert2001 - You were correct that those threads did not really belong in the General Forum, and they were moved to the more relevant forum for the topic.
The rule against duplicate threads is primarily concerned with a single user posting multiple threads on the same topic, either in the same forum or across different forums (aka spamming).
In the rare cases where there are so many threads on a single topic, that they take over a forum, then we usually select one to be a sticky and request that the sticky be used instead of multiple threads. Three threads are not going to overwhelm that forum.
@Roddy Piper ~ According to the Forum Specific Rules for that forum, "The Existing Game Content forum is for those of you who want to make suggestions or post constructive feedback on existing game content. " Threads discussing the possibility of a bug or glitch with the quest would fall under "constructive feedback".

Isn't a single user creating their own as well as bumping up other duplicated threads has the very similar, if not exact, intention and effect as a single user creating multiple duplicated thread?
All three threads were created by different users on different dates. The OP of the earliest thread bumped both their own thread and one other, not all three. This does not necessitate moderator action.
- If you don't understand the action that was taken or not taken, you can ask for an explanation or clarification. Depending on the time and context, this will be done as promptly as it can be, but please
be patient
. However, you can only do this
once per issue
, if you continue to post, this will be considered
