Reading the thread and topic it seems it's a bug thats being reported. I myself checked my tokens and I still have them. So do other people I've asked. So as you know all bugs need reporting in game so Jagex can address them.

Lock was fine as the OP went onto reporing the issue to jagex for further investigation. Comprehensive Account Security

After reviewing the post in question, no action has been taken. It is not rule breaking to for one forumer to disagree with another forumer. Please keep in mind that discussion threads, even in rants, will have a range of opinions. Also, when reporting a situation here on Forum Help, do not refer to others as trolls.
