@ mr togue - As your were told before, threats that were made in game need to be reported in-game, at the time that they were said. You can take a screenshot, if you want, but sending an in-game report is more important and carries more weight with Jagex, as screenshots can be altered.

How to report a player
If you were unable to report the threats in-game, you can send what evidence you do have to Jagex using the
email address. Either way you will not hear back from Jagex about this. That doesn't mean that they have not done anything. It just means that privacy laws do not allow them to discuss the actions taken against a specific user's account.
Regarding the forum incidents that you have reported here, they have been investigated and where appropriate, action has been taken in accordance with Jagex's guidelines. Again, because of privacy laws, you will not be given any further details than that.
If the threatening behavior continues, either in-game or on the Forums, continue to report it.
