Thank you for the report. Sadly nothing the F-Mod can do about it as really speaking it does not break any Forum Rules.
You could say it breaks the spirit of the event and if people wish to be cheap skates thats upto them. Hopefully they can sleep at night.
Sorry we can't take any action with the thread. It was checked by several F-Mods too.
