@ Dilbert2001: You and the player are having a somewhat circular discussion surrounding the thread topic. The other player is not "obviously trying" to do anything other than discuss things with you, as you are essentially the only two people posting on the thread. If you tire of said discussion, then stop engaging with it. There is no need to report the player in question simply because you feel exasperated with them.
