There are currently two Official Discord servers for Runescape. Below are the invite links to each:

The RuneScape Discord server was created to provide a platform for the entire community to come together. There are many different Discord servers out there serving different aspects of the game ranging from clans to bossing among other fun areas , but this one is the official server for RuneScape created and run by Jagex with the help of the chat mod team.
This server provides an open space allowing everyone to discuss all aspects of the game while allowing people to network and build friendships with fellow members of the community.
Server Rules:
Upon joining either server, please ensure you look at the #welcome-rules-faq (RS) or #rules (OSRS) channels, and familiarise yourself with these. These must be adhered to, otherwise action may be taken against you.
Note, Discord cannot be used to appeal a mute or ban against your in-game account. Please use the Support Centre, or @JagexSupport on Twitter.

Appealing a Discord Server Ban:
Please note, if you have received a ban from either of the servers, you are able to appeal this through the opposite server.
• If you’ve been banned from the RuneScape 3 server, join the Old School Server and message the “ModMail” bot with your appeal request, and vice versa. This will then send a message to the appropriate Chat Mod team, where the appeal will be processed.
• If you’ve been banned on both servers and cannot join either to use the ModMail bot, direct message one of the Chat Mods listed above who will then pass it along to the team for review. Community Manager! @JagexPoerkie
