Hello there ..., it is an interesting healthy combination of interests you got there. Sure you don't even need to be a maxed player nor a specialist and I am happy that humans basics get the support they deserve.
Who cares if you waffle too much as it may be a welcome challenge for Jagex to join you crawling out of the shades of the industry into the spotlights you all deserve to be in.
I hope afresh amount of common sense will once activate your company doing the right things and start building those future developments The RuneScape Community so desired are waiting for.

This is not really the place to highlight the issues you have posted here.

The impersonation incident should have been reported in-game for staff impersonation. Not much can be done in the forums. Naming the player and the URLs which they provide are not permitted in the forums as well.

As for other issues you're facing, it would be best to post this in the RuneScape Mobile or Gold Premier forum.
