Both, I try to make money as I skill train. I do not go for the most profit because it is generally slow in some skills, and I do not go for the most XP as there is little money to be made. I find a balance in between and try to make some money while moving the skill at a decent speed.
5. Do you train skills with efficiency or profit in mind?
Depends on the skill, but usually efficiency(Skills like firemaking, cooking, slayer, dungeoneering etc. However, there are some skills i like to train for profit.

Definitely efficiency. If you do it right, you'll waste less and have a better profit if you do sell on GE or high alch.

Both, but it all depends on the skill.
For runecrafting i did it for 100% profit. This is why it took me almost a year to get 99.
But for a skill i dont like as much, i do it for efficiency.
3 - Nothing with the Wilderness. But the new locations of the minigames helped so much! When I went to the minigames, I saw the revs. Now, I don't die anymore, since the minigames has been moved!

I object again!
I suppose I try to save money, so you could call that profit. Or I use mining to smith and farming for herb, which can be efficient. Efficient is an odd word, can refer to time or money or needless duplication.
So, I train skills to SAVE money and just have fun. I will do something that costs a little more or makes a little less xp/hr if it's a more varied or interesting way to train the skill.

I train with neither in mind. All I care for when training is the end goal. That generally being the next level and ranking. Profit is just a side effect of training. Efficiency only applies to my training when I want and not need the next goal complete.
Most of the time I train with efficiency, but for e.g. smithing do I mine my own ores (miningxp :p). And of course, I do make profit, because it didn't cost any money, and I can sell the smithed items.
