Question 2:
What do you think of our official RuneScape pages on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook? What would you like to see from them in the future?
Answer:
Facebook: More pictures of the Jagex 'Castle.'
For years Jagex has been very closed up. Finding a Jagex Moderator in-game was like, the closest you would get to contacting one.
We need to see the more 'human' side of Jagex. As a group of developers, and not a secret organization. Haha.
YouTube: Like Facebook, but more videos. Show us more of what you're doing... When you're working on quests, show us! Ask for suggestions, let us get involved and watch the content come to life!
Twitter: Not much more you can do with this.

I feel they are quite useless tbh as youtube only shows "popular players", not the community as a whole and facebook doesnt give that much information about updates.

Question 2.5:
_______________________________________
I can't really think of anything acctually, except perhaps including videos in the Developer Diaries on the RS Offcial Homepage, so we have a written update and a video one as well.

This is great feedback. Are there any features from our social network sites that you'd love to see on the RuneScape website instead?
A section of the home page could be used to show any new content that has been uploaded or posted from the 3 sites. However anyone that is interested would follow the sites - so it doesn't seem that big an issue. Just trying to connect the social networking with the home page a bit more - links to channels & pages etc might help. (If these are already there, I apologize! But I haven't noticed them so maybe make them more obvious.)
