Well, turns out that we've come full circle. The Jagex-affiliated Team Lead over here at Keywords is moving on to bigger and better things this Wednesday, so I'll be taking over the reigns as Team Lead for our CM's and player support agents. So I'm somewhat back? Community Manager for Jagex
