Hey Jokku23, it seems like this may be a browser issue or a connection issue, and not an issue with the forums themselves! The website was having issues earlier this month but they've since been fixed.
I'd recommend first checking your internet connection and updating your browser, and if that doesn't solve it, it could possibly be a DNS issue.

I'll opt to not move your thread back to where it was before so as to not clog up the forums, however, I'll escalate this issue to get some more insight as to whether this might be a known issue or not.

I'd imagine that Nick originally moved the thread as it was seen as more of a potential user-end issue, rather than something on Jagex's end, but as it's something that may be a bit more wide-spread, I'm happy to bring your thread to light with the appropriate team.
