I checked the first report and then rechecked it when you reposted it. I can see what you are saying about the post but sadly you are making demands the F-Mods can't help with. We can't just remove someone from the forums becasue you want them removed. It's not within our powers to do so unless they break the rules. In this case I can't see a rule thats been broken.
Also Mod Lee is still investigating this issue along with the Jagex team, CM team and F-Mods. It's not been forgotten and is still being watched.
So in a nutshell I can't take any action with the report as I see no rule broken and enough edits have been done so it does not fall under the plagiarism rule.
