Thank you for the recent report. I get what you are saying and I agree with you action is needed as it's unfair on other people who who use the thread/s in a legit way. The F-Mods can only do so much within the guidelines set out by Jagex. I think your best option as you suggested would be to bring it up on the Review thread again and see what Mod Lee thinks about it.
The issue will be watched for future posts after the Warnings have been issued and ignored.
Sadly thats all we can do for now.
