The issue was looked at by several F-Mods and CM staff and felt it would now need to goto the Review thread.
Nothing further really the F-Mods and CM staff can do here to assist in the unlocking of the thread. The issue is too complicated for the team to address due to the nature of the account sharing and accusations of someone stealing the account name and Discord.
