I can't speak for the F-Mod who took action within your thread but just looking at both reports I saw nothing that warrented being removed for breaking the Forum rules.

If you think a thread has been locked before and it's now been remade then you would need to give us a helping hand by giving us the locked thread QFC too. It really would help.

The best thing you could do is make a thread in the Account Help section and you will get lots of help and advice on securing the account and system.
