Sigs are tricky to deal with as many use them to advertise all sorts of threads, sites and other things. If they comply with the Forum rules then sadly not a lot can be done about them. If they break Forum Rules they can be asked to edit them or they get a free edit by a F-Mod or Jagex staff.
So unless they are breaking any rules nothing we can do about them.
