As has been indicated several times, if you need additional assistance that the Support Centre is unable to provide, it would be best to create a new thread in the Community Led Account Help forum, where those with knowledge on this kind of issue are best suited to be able to help.
Once you are in that forum, you can use the "New Thread" button, located in the top right corner of the forum page, to create a new thread, and on that thread you can explain the issue you are having and others can help you out.
We are unable to provide assistance on this thread, as it is not meant for account related issues. Do note though that Jagex is unable to manually return an account that the owner is currently not able to access - the password MUST be recovered through the recovery system. That process cannot be circumvented.
