I have already addressed this with you here--there is no need to report *every single* minor instance here. The instance you are reporting is not at all worthy of a report to Forum Help. It is easily ignored, and in fact, that is the proper action to take in this case. If an F-Mod comes across that post and decides to remove it, they may do so, but to report every single post that might not explicitly offer to the topic of discussion is not the proper use of Forum Help.
I'm going to be a little blunt here, and this goes for everyone: going out of your way to look for things to report to Forum Help is *not* what the forums are intended for. They are supposed to be for discussion. If you happen to come across an instance of rule-breaking during your normal use of the forums then by all means, please let us know here, but scouring the forums every day for misplaced threads and extremely minor instances of possible rule-breaking is *not* what we want to see here.
