I'd recommend you create a thread within the Payment Support forum where someone hopefully can guide you in the right direction. There may also be a relevant page for your issue with a Contact Us button in the Payment Support section of the Support Centre. Many pages have a contact us button where a JMod will respond via your message centre, though it may take up to 48 hours for a response.
