@ L2killbandos - As explained in the first post, this thread is for getting assistance with forum related issues. It is not used for in-game issues.

If you have come across a P Mod in game who you believe is acting unmodly, that is best reported to Jagex, under Disruptive Behavior, using the in-game Report at the time of the incident. That gives them they evidence they need from their own internal systems.

How to report a player

If you missed the opportunity to report it in-game, the next best way to report it is via the

[email protected]

email address. This is not something that can be reported through the Forums.
