No idea but you can gather it yourself for free if you put the time and energy into training for it.
Also this thread is really for getting help on Forum issues as in a title change and threads locked amongst other things as it says on post 1.

Thank you for the reports.
I know they are fake prices made by him and his alts etc but sadly they don't break the forum rules. As such they have to be left.
It's upto the Community to do their own research to see if the deal they are getting is right for them.
You can if you so chose send in all the information to Jagex to an E-Mail address :- [email protected] and see if they can deal with the troublesome person and alts who keep posting all the fake prices on that and other threads.
Nothing really F-Mods can do in this case.
