Whilst we prefer all feedback to be constructive and balanced, the Rants forum does allow a certain amount of non-constructive and negative elements.

The way to think of this is: Rants is where you concentrate more on the issue than on the solution.

In this instance, the thread in question appears to meet the above criteria; it isn't necessarily constructive feedback, but the Rants forum doesn't necessarily require it. As such, I'm inclined to leave that thread alone.
