@ 2_Tron - Those posts do not come across a political posts and do not require any moderator action at this time.

However, the purpose of that particular thread is not clear. The opening post is rather vague and does not seem to be discussing anything RS related, which is what the General Forum is for. It could be interpreted as discussing the behavior of other forumers, for which a similar thread was just locked. If you wish to discuss the topic of how friendship and friendliness can be encouraged on the Forums, that would fit better in the Website and Forums Forum , but perhaps with the purpose that you stated in Post 5 added to Post 1.

Let us know here if you'd like to edit the thread to clarify it's purpose and then have it moved to the Website and Forums Forum
