Malua - I am not the one who dealt with your report, but I can venture a guess. Immediately after your report on this thread, the user you reported posted an apology to you, which I've quoted in the spoiler below. I would suppose that as they had apologized, it was felt that no further action was needed at that time.

"Sorry for causing this, I wasn't aware that this was something I shouldn't be doing. I felt that your advice on that particular thread I had copied from would be beneficial for the post that I had replied to.
