W 31 - This thread is for reporting forum-based rulebreaking, as is outlined on the opening post. The issue you have brought up is not one for which assistance can be provided on this thread.

If you have information of serious in-game rulebreaking that you feel Jagex needs to be aware of, you may send that to Jagex's tipoff address, [email protected]. If its just a disagreement with how a friends chat chooses to operate, however, it sounds like the best way forward would be to cut ties with that chat and move on to a different one.
