Any pages like that of current issues typically are found by clicking the 'Support' button in the top right of the website; new alerts are added to that page as incidents happen/resolutions are found.
@ Mrs Ana - I'm not the one who dealt with the report you were inquiring about, but my best guess is that was not actioned, as the post could be seen as minor spam and is just best ignored, unless it leads to the thread becoming derailed.
