Tenebri - Whether you agree with the ideals behind the suggestion or not, the author is still entitled to provide their suggestion on the forums. Not everyone is going to agree with every suggestion out there.

It sounds like it would be best for you to agree to disagree with the author and find different threads to participate on, rather than continue to revisit that thread and get further spun up by it.

Unless I've missed a class somewhere. Gender biases isn't exactly political while I can agree that it is making a mountain out of a molehill, as not every needs to cater to what one or more persons perceive as a slight. Just as many aren't going to see it the same way. This is one of those instances where y'all can agree to disagree and just don't engage them. Honestly there will always be someone that doesn't like x update or wants x changed. It's the nature of the industry. That's that got a bone to pick shout loudest as they feel slighted. However if it's changed then those that enjoyed it as is will start shouting to change it back.

Age old addage... You can please some of the people, some of the time. However you will not please everyone at once!

Edit: Darn it got ninja'd by Juice... That's it I need more coffee.
