To add to what Rooh has said. It's been a long time since Jagex has whitelisted any names for accounts. It was done when the name change system first came out, and there were criteria one had to meet to get that done. It also only locked the account name so nobody else could have it. This was done for both the famous & the infamous, those accounts had all earned a reputation either positive or negative and Jagex didn't wish for them stealing anyone elses light. So if they changed their display names their account names were held for them. However that was it, jagex didn't protect the display names of people.

You do have a cute name though.
