I totally get what you are saying about the thread. I have checked it and feel it's within the Guidelines set out by Jagex. I will double check this soon with the team. Most are getting some zzzz's.
It's not really a F-Mod issue to make sure the Group is doing as promissed. Meaning we don't go in game to make sure they are giving out the goods etc. It's out of our hands really. I'm sure if they are not doing as promissed then someone will post something within the thread to call them out.
They are not "asking" for donations but listing names who have donated them. This does happen with Clans and is allowed. So it does not fall under begging.
Not sure what else we can do as it seems fine at first glance.
