I did leave a detailed reply on the locked thread. I also passed it along to Jagex for review.
Yes your thread stats No Politics and as I said it's been very well received and very few have even mentioned it. But with the topic and how the World is reacting to the discussion the odd politial topic is inevitable.
You can do your bit by allowing mild reference to politics. It may help the thread prosper. It's your call there.
Having 2 threads about the same topic 1 for the topic and 1 to address politics too is a duplication of the forum rules. Both can fit on the same thread. Maybe a little leeway from you will make for a more coherent thread and topic.
It's down to you. Sadly though we can't have 2 threads on the same topic. Duplication has been against the Forum Rules for as long as I remember and You remember.
