For the moment it's fine where it is. I can see the point of moving it to either of the mentioned forums. However the update was from the Feb. 24th patch notes. Which means it still falls into the realm of a recent update. While it is rather angry in context it's asking for consistency, either apply to both or revert it in one. It's certainly a reasonable request. I'm going to defer moving it til at least the 9th, if it hasn't run out of steam by then we can revisit where it best belongs.
