@ Xyrath - That is not something that we can help with on this thread, which is for requesting assistance with forum related issues, as outlined in the opening post. There is nothing that the Forum Moderation Team can do about in-game situations.

The [email protected] is a no-reply email address. Jagex does receive the information submitted to that address, but you will not receive a reply back from it. Rest assured that they have received you information. I suggest that you continue to use the in-game Report feature and your Ignore List .
