I've noted your post and can understand the issues.
Sadly the F-Mods are unable to assist with this issue. Yes we know it's going on but sadly it's out of our hands at this time.
If you have proof of wrong doings all I can suggest is you E-Mail Jagex direct at:- [email protected] and inform them of names of alts and mains who are trying to abuse the system.
Hopefully you understand why we can't help or deal with it.
The issue is being watched.
