Can't even understand?

So, a 59 mins left till server update message pops up on my screen while im @ zulrah shrine, and before i even be able to finish off the last hps of the snake the servers get the whole game logged off.
I return to my account to notice me at lumbridge. Normal. Happens.
I go "retrieve" my items to get the message that the boat npc has nothing with him (?????????)

So, apparently, the server was able not to only disconnect you from the game, but reconnect you one or more times after the dc, being capable of logging my char outside the shrine and die from poison or w/e made my char die because i wasnt there watching it neither could i come back to solve anything because the whole game was offline!

Well, as many of our player base, ive been here long enough to know that even the fault cant be mine, nothing will be "solved" from this unfair (at least imo) happening.

Well, if i get clarified from some player responses it could help something at least, but whats been insane in this whole thing is that it cant seem to be my fault!

Anyways im not quitting this game, i like it enough, but i just feel like to post about this "recent update" here, at least if there are some demotivated players out there, i feel like this post can guide you better if you should or not quit this mmo.

As long as i can remember, some of item lost were:
Necklace of anguish
Armadyl helmet
Tormented bracelet
Imbued Heart
Eternal Boots
Mage's book
Blowpipe and toxic trid
+ahrims occult and etc

Saved acp acs and ancestral hat lol oh well

So the Crafting Guild glitch were a player were killed inside there for his twisted bow is not a bug?
I saw he got refunded ok
Just pisses me off that unbalanced policy of enterprises such as jagex to medicate players associated with media in a desperate move to illude their players that their game is ok.
