Gaming wise, as said I've been a Scaper for years - over 10 in fact! I had an Xbox One but... but it wasn't really for me; So I got a PS4 instead and it was the best decision I made! Jagex will never send you a message in game or through email about becoming a moderator.
They will also never tell you to go to a certain website.
All moderator invite messages are sent through the message centre.
When a Jagex Moderator Talks in game they will have a gold crown next to their name and the first part of their name will always be Mod. If they do not have a gold crown then they are not a Jagex Moderator.
There is no form you can fill out to become a moderator. Jagex hand picks them based on your behavior in game and on the forums. More info can be found
