Once you have Twitch Prime, on the website there will be a crown icon on the top right. It has a drop-down menu to show you available loot rewards for having Prime.
For the Runescape loot, #4 on the menu has a link to the Runescape Billing Page to redeem the code. It's more like redeeming a pre-paid card.

Anything I am doing wrong here??

I did get that message once, but then I disabled add-ons in my browser that could be affecting it. (Ghostery, ad blocker, etc) Hope it helps :3
