Sadly, there is very little that we can do here to resolve this issue. This thread is for players to report problems that have occurred in threads, here in the forums.
If you feel that you have unearthed a fault in-game, please use the in-game Report feature to alert Jagex. For further information about this, I recommend that you read the How do I submit a Bug Report? page of the Support Centre.
