As far as specific words are concerned, there is no list of words that are "disallowed" or "blacklisted". The rules are against:

"Inappropriate language: This includes (but is not limited to): discussion of recreational drugs, sexually explicit language, solicitation, racism or other prejudice, threatening behaviour, blackmail and excessive swearing" From the Rules of RuneScape

and

"No need to flame any players, no matter your history. Don't make vulgar, offensive, or profane posts. ... Though swearing is tolerated, it should never be directed at another individual or group." From the Code of Conduct .

While there are some words that it would be preferable were not used, as explained in Tranq's recent post , it really comes down to context and intent.
