Hi Goldberry,
If you're looking to create a new thread, you will want to:
- Go to the forum section that you wish to post the thread in.
- Use the "New Thread" button in the top right of the forum page to begin a new thread.
- On the page that comes up, enter your title (which has a maximum limit of 30 characters) and the contents of the first post of your thread. Once posted, you may use the 'add reply' box on that thread to add any additional posts that would be needed, just like how you made a post on this thread.
As for the vexillum, those only link to threads posted in the private clan forums for each clan (so under Community > Clans, then the 'forum' for your specific clan), and they use the 'Thread id' for the thread located in the top right hand corner of the thread. If you want your vexillum to lead to your RSOF thread, you would want to create a thread in the clan forum, set it to public & sticky (so it sticks around) that refers others to your thread by QFC, and would want to add that thread id to the vexillum.
