Indeed it's not a requirement for us to even maintain this thread we do cause everyone needs modkeeping from time to time. However the point was made by Tren and echoed by Fifi. Our time is important to us as well and to help as many as possible its not always feasible to sift through every thread to see if all trades are valid. If we happen to see them we do something to do about it.

If we were paid instead of volunteers then I'd agree that we should be spending time scouring the forums for anything that is out of place. So if you see something that needs attention reporting it here properly is certainly the way to go.
