However, I will see if I can answer your questions.

On the temporary ban, if it is showing on your account status as 'squashed', then it should not affect the future of your account. If it is still showing as an active offense, I suggest that you visit the Account Bans page in the Support Centre to appeal it.

On reporting the hijacking, you can report it to Jagex by expanding the 'I lost my items to a hijacker' section of the Lost Items article and using the button provided there. It does help Jagex to track down and deal with the hijacker. You will not be notified of the outcome however.
