@ SouthSide100 - This thread is for getting assistance from the Forum Moderator team with forum issues, as outlined in the first post.

If by "two accounts" you mean two separate accounts, that is not a bug. You are allowed to have 2 accounts logged in at the same time, as long as they are not exploiting game mechanics. (See the "Multiple logging-in" section of the Rules of RuneScape .)

If you think you've found a bug in game, please report that using the in game report flag, found at the top right of your chat window.
